so husband and I bought a house, there were mixed feelings all around, parents were nervous but told us we were sensible but still all had to come through house and check for leaks, cracks etc. none were found and everyone left happy. very sick of real estate agents. they are scum pushing for more money and making us feel like losers. Husband has decided I am no longer allowed to talk to real estate agents after I begged the lady not to sell the house to anyone else. Yes I was guilable enough to fall for the "we have 1000 other couples that are interested in this property" line. So embrassed!!!

It looks lovely, totally agree real estate agents are scum of the earth.
Is that like an awesome feeling, walking around a house and thinking every single nail, piece of wood and glass is yours, ALL YOURS!
yea it will be, we move in on oct 5th. I am so excited!
